Happy New Year! It's been a long time since I sat down to write. While I have had this blog for almost a year, I haven't done much with it. But, It's a new year, a new decade, and I have new dreams, goals, and aspirations! I want to finally accomplish, or at least make good progress, on the goals I have set for myself this year. So I am taking advantage of this little space on the internet to help me do just that. My intentions are to blog my goal journey, hopefully holding myself more accountable, and maybe even inspiring someone else out there to do the same. I have 5 goals to at least get a good start on this year. They are as follows:
Get my diabetes under control to feel better and have more energy.
Work on strengthening my relationship with my family by spending more quality time together and less time on electronics.
Spending more quality time with my hubby.
Incorporate the Fly Lady system of de-cluttering and cleaning my home.
Consistently start blogging to help me grow stronger in content creation and allow for some type of creative outlet.
I aspire to create posts covering my goal journey using the Cultivate What Matters goal journal system...which, if you have never heard of it and are struggling with goal setting and progress, I highly recommend it! Please check out Lara's website: cultivatewhatmatters.com
I will be covering this system more deeply in future blogs but for a better understanding I would definitely add Lara Casey's website to check out! I will also be posting a variety of planner blogs(I LOVE planning)!

I am really excited to begin this journey and hope to see some progress for myself along the way. I also hope to be able to help someone else out there that may be struggling with their accomplishments, whether it's health related, becoming more organized, or going after a dream. My blogging schedule will start out light as I am learning the process. I will be blogging twice a month in January and February and then re-evaluate. Let's slay our goals for 2020...in baby steps!
